Our Policy

At Paratha Planet, we strive to provide you with the best possible food and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it.

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a full or partial refund, store credit, or a replacement for your order, depending on the circumstances.

To be eligible for a refund, please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos are also helpful for us to understand what went wrong.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for issues outside of our control, such as incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer or orders that were not picked up on time.
